"Charlotte helped me through every step of the way to finding a home that I never imagined. Without her, I wouldn’t have the home of my dreams. Charlotte made everything happen and was always available when I had questions or concerns. I was very lucky to find Charlotte and would highly recommend her and her team to anyone and everyone. She made me feel very at ease going through this process and was extremely professional. As a veteran, I would like to thank Charlotte for her service and dedication to doing everything necessary to get me in my new home. I am forever grateful. Thank you, Charlotte!"

"Charlotte sold our home for us and guided us through the process of buying our current home. She’s very upfront and gives clear direction so we never felt confused by anything she said. We knew exactly what we should do to sell our home quickly and she has a list of vetted people to hire for help. Our first home sold within a couple of days and we won the bidding war on our current home due to Charlotte’s negotiation skills (and it was financially painless for us). She also had everything that came back as needing work on the inspection fixed for us. She gets stuff done, is extremely personable, and she never beats around the bush. I’ve already recommended her to people in my personal life."

"Charlotte Johnson was wonderful to work with. She made some initial recommendations for our home which we agreed to do to help sell our home. It took some time but she was able to bring us a contract and our home was sold. We were more than pleased working with Charlotte."
