About Hannah Williams

After working with Charlotte on five different transactions over five years, and after a little convincing on her part, I officially started working under her. That was three years ago, and since then, I’ve found my niche working behind the scenes to help our clients have the smoothest experience possible.

Although I hold a real estate license, it's currently in a referral status. I discovered that the transaction and listing side of the business is where I thrive, and it’s a perfect fit for my busy schedule as a mom of four, with kids ranging from 3 to 16. My days are full of baseball games, dance competitions, beach trips, and everything in between.

I’m passionate about helping clients sell their homes, handling everything from listing paperwork and going to market to preparing for closing and everything in between. Whether they’re downsizing, upsizing, or relocating, I love making sure the process is organized and stress-free.

I also love supporting our buyers throughout their journey. From contract to close, I help manage the moving parts so our clients feel confident and cared for every step of the way. It’s gratifying to watch everything come together, and even more special to see our clients start their next chapter.

Outside of work, I love to travel and explore new places. Charlotte and I both travel internationally and are currently working on expanding our services to support international clients as well.
