About Charlotte Johnson

Hi, I’m Charlotte Johnson, a faith-driven real estate CEO, top-producing agent, former trucking company owner, and proud Gulf Coast native.

I’ve had the privilege of serving over 1,000 clients across Louisiana, Mississippi, and Alabama (and soon Florida) over the past eight years. I lead the #1 real estate team in my market, specializing in residential, commercial, and land sales. But my true specialty is building relationships that last.

I grew up as a military brat, moving from base to base, learning how to adapt, lead, and connect with people from all walks of life. That early experience shaped my work ethic and taught me the value of service, flexibility, and showing up fully, no matter where life takes you.

Before real estate, I earned a degree in Business and Information Systems, giving me a strong foundation in technology, data, and strategic thinking. I also spent years on the road as a professional truck driver, logging over 3 million accident-free miles across the U.S. and Canada. There isn’t a corner of North America I don’t know, and I bring that same wide-reaching work ethic, focus, and resilience to every client I serve.

I’m proud to hold the Military Relocation Professional (MRP) designation, which allows me to better serve active-duty service members, veterans, and their families during life’s big transitions. I also carry the At Home With Diversity® certification because I believe every client, no matter their background, deserves fairness, understanding, and top-tier service.

I’m honored to serve as a Keller Williams Regional Cultural Ambassador and as a member of Gary Keller’s Top 100. I also sit on both local and state Real Estate Agent boards, where I advocate for professionalism, integrity, and innovation in our industry.

My business philosophy is rooted in two simple but powerful truths: Buy Dirt, because real estate builds lasting wealth, and Come from Contribution, because people matter more than paychecks. I believe in giving without expectation, leading with honesty, and serving with purpose.

I lean on my faith to guide my decisions, relationships, and leadership. And no matter what your faith may be, or whether you have one at all, I honor and support your beliefs. At the end of the day, I’m here to serve people with love, respect, and excellence.

When I’m not working, I love saltwater fishing and spending time with my two Shih-Poos, Link and Abby. Life is full, and I’m grateful for every mile of the journey.
